You can visit us in Zadar, or we can organise an on-site appointment at your location. Mobile fingerprinting is available along the Croatian coast from Istria to Dubrovnik, including hotels, apartments, private residences, offices, marinas and yachts.

The on-site fee depends on the location and travel required. If fingerprint re-capture is later needed under our quality guarantee, free re-capture is provided at our Zadar office; a second mobile trip is not included.
FINGERPRINT QUALITY GUARANTEE
If the fingerprints are rejected because of capture quality, we repeat them free of charge in Zadar.
If the receiving authority rejects the submission specifically because of the quality of fingerprints captured by TRAPULA, we will provide a new fingerprinting appointment at our Zadar office without charging a second fingerprint-capture fee.

When you request complete processing, documents and personal information may need to be handled and forwarded as part of the agreed route. We limit handling to what is necessary for the requested service and do not present fingerprint records as a separate retained database.

Can you help with FBI fingerprinting?
Yes. We provide professional ink & roll capture on FD-258 or FD-1164 fingerprint cards where appropriate. Send the FBI or receiving authority's instructions before booking so we can confirm the correct card and any additional document-processing steps.
Can you help with Canadian / RCMP-related applications?
Yes. We can capture fingerprints in Croatia and, depending on the specific application, coordinate onward processing through the appropriate Canadian route or partner network.
Do you offer on-site fingerprinting across Croatia?
Yes. You can visit us in Zadar, or we can organise mobile fingerprinting along the Croatian coast from Istria to Dubrovnik, at a suitable hotel, apartment, residence, office, marina or yacht. Travel is quoted separately according to the location.
What happens if my fingerprints are rejected?
If the receiving authority rejects the submission specifically because of the quality of fingerprints captured by TRAPULA, we will repeat the fingerprint capture free of charge at our Zadar office. A second mobile trip and unrelated third-party costs are not included.
Can you arrange fingerprinting in Zagreb?
TRAPULA works within the Fingerprint Plus network. Fingerprinting in Zagreb can be arranged through our network colleague, and we can help identify network contacts in other countries where available.
How much does fingerprinting cost?
